A Force For Good

Through our Equity and Inclusion (E&I) initiatives, we aim to maximise the positive impact of our influence and resources to support and promote equity and inclusion within our company and the wider community. We are proud to have a dedicated E&I taskforce of over 20 people that spans job roles, seniority and regions, which ensures that we adopt inclusive practices across the company and are champions of diversity.

Award-Winning Commitment

We are proud to have achieved a 3-star accreditation with Best Companies for a sixth consecutive year. These accreditations were awarded based on input from our team on a wide range of topics such as opportunities for progression, work environment, and the company’s values and management. In 2019, we were presented with the Queen’s Award for International Trade, recognising our successful international expansion.

Our 2023/24 Annual Impact Report

Our latest Annual Impact Report shares some of the ways in which our work globally impacted our clients, our employees, the wider community and the environment, alongside our aspirations for the future.

As we continue our B Corp journey and prepare for recertification in 2025, we are continuously evaluating the ways we work and how we can do better. This year, we strengthened our commitment to not just enhance our impact but to also educate on the significance of being a B Corp. By sharing our Annual Impact Report, we aim to inspire businesses to reflect on their models and seek ways to boost their societal and environmental contributions.
