Tailoring our Recruitment Process

We acknowledge that timelines for completing a PhD can be unpredictable, so we are able to offer flexible start dates

Completing a PhD can be unpredictable, making job applications and future career planning challenging. Therefore, if successful in the recruitment process, we can offer you a start date window spanning approximately three months. You must confirm your specific start date no less than three weeks before the earliest possible start date within that window. Given the high demand for our positions, we advise that candidates apply early to secure a flexible, deferred start date.

There is a huge amount of value in learning from other people’s experiences, especially from those who have a similar background to you and have successfully transitioned from academia to industry.
