We have built strong relationships with social mobility charities and schools local to our London and Cambridge offices through which we regularly host work experience programmes. These programmes consist of careers and networking sessions, skills workshops and projects that are representative of our work and industry, across our Scientific, Creative and Operations divisions. Through offering work experience, we aim to introduce students from low socioeconomic backgrounds to the world of work, develop their employability skills and foster their career aspirations.
Overall I loved this work experience as it was the first ever in person work experience ... It has made me face my fear of talking in front of a crowd, it has also developed many vital skills such as my communication skills, since I tend to stutter a lot.
The work experience you have worked on and provided has left me with the impression that it is the gold standard and is second to none. It was so good to see the level of work being done by the pupils, and the support given by your staff. Each pupil looked like they had fully integrated into an inspiring workplace.
