Roadmap to Net Zero

In 2023, we completed a baseline assessment of our carbon footprint and publicly committed to a near-term Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) 42% reduction of our scope 1 and scope 2 emissions by 2030, creating the foundations for making a Net Zero commitment.

We are currently working on a strategic roadmap to achieve our Net Zero commitment. As part of this, we will be committing to a long-term SBTi 90% absolute reduction or a 97% physical intensity reduction of all three emission scopes by 2050.

Reducing our carbon emissions is a priority. Along our journey to Net Zero we are purchasing carbon credits to remove or avoid the same intensity of carbon emissions we generate via Gold Standard or Verified Carbon Standard schemes.

Environmental Commitments

Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy includes 15 environmental pledges that aim to reduce our environmental impact across multiple areas of the company.

  • Energy
  • Business travel
  • Utilities and supplies
  • Office space
  • Company events

Ensuring Sustainable Practices

We recognise that our clients have varying needs for assessing their choice of vendor and to support with this decision, we have taken steps to provide our clients with reliable and transparent information on our environmental impact.

We are registered with EcoVadis who conduct a sustainability assessment to assess our material sustainability impact and we disclose to CDP – the global disclosure system for investors, companies, cities, states and regions to manage their environmental impacts.

We are also B Corp-certified, meaning we uphold the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance.

Alongside our internal approaches to evaluate and monitor our environmental impact, these external assessments have helped us to learn more about our impact and devise appropriate management strategies.
